Managing Templates

Create a template

Open Templates in MailFleet and create a new message with HTML or plain-text parts. Save versions per brand or client workspace.

1. Name the template and select the sending profile
2. Add subject line and preheader
3. Insert merge variables for permitted personalization fields
4. Add a visible unsubscribe link for marketing messages
5. Save and run a SpamAssassin check before first use

Variables and compliance

Use merge fields only for data you are permitted to store. Test rendering with sample records before scheduling a campaign.

Troubleshooting

If SpamAssassin flags template HTML, simplify link density, balance text-to-image ratio, and verify authentication headers on test sends.
